Staff are trained in compliance with the protocol and the individual protocols per section of the accommodation and strictly comply with the basic protective measures against COVID-19 : observance of hand hygiene, physical distances by the guests and the rest of the staff, in all work areas and hotel areas.
The staff will be checked daily in each shift, both when entering and leaving the hotel. In all areas, we have increased the frequency of cleaning & disinfection, paying particular attention to all high-risk touch surfaces, such as entrances, elevators, locker rooms, washing machines and offices.

Only one person will arrive at check-in to receive the key card.
Key cards are thoroughly disinfected before being given to guests upon arrival at the Hotel.
Elevators should be used by guests sharing the same room. However, we recommend that you use the stairs.
All non-essential items and decorations, such as magazines, brochures, kettles, laundry bags, bathrobes, blankets are removed from the rooms. Also all refrigerators – minibars will not provide stock. It will be possible to place products at the request of the guest.
The cleaning of the rooms and all areas of the hotel is done with disinfectants-detergents. All the fabric elements of the room as well as the difficult points are cleaned with a professional steam broom at very high temperatures & 70 °. The hotel clothing is adequately washed, observing all safety protocols at very high temperatures above 60 ° C (washing and drying). Housekeeping staff are equipped with all the protective equipment specified in the safety protocols.
Please let us know upon your arrival if you want to take care of your room daily, since according to the operating protocols we are obliged not to do this on a daily basis.
The hotel bar and public areas are open from 08:00 until 22:30.
The restaurant service will be available, mainly outdoors, with an ala carte menu of options, observing all safety measures (disinfectants at the entrance and exit, distances, mask, gloves, thorough disinfection). Our kitchen follows all the instructions of EFET.
Finally, for the purposes of public health protection actions, the hotel management must keep a record of staff members and all persons staying at the hotel – name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail) – to enable close contact with any COVID-19 case that may be subsequently identified.
